The Traylor Group was founded in the early part 1992 as a spin-off of Waste Processing Equipment, Inc. Waste Processing Equipment, founded in 1976 and still in operation today, began its operation as both a corrugated cardboard hauler and a manufacturer of high-quality equipment for the recycling industry with a product line including conveyor systems, horizontal and vertical balers, compactors and a single waste paper truck. Over the next decade, the OCC (old corrugated container) division of Waste Processing Equipment began to outgrow its own shoes and The Traylor Group was formed in its place. Since then, The Traylor Group has increased its recycling offerings to include all forms of waste paper, plastic and light metal grades all the while increasing our service area with the ability to provide a completely integrated recycling service anywhere across the country. As recycling and the "green" movement continue play a larger role in today's society, The Traylor Group strives to provide an ever-expanding range of services and recycling options to promote an environmentally responsible existence for all of us.
